A quick 1-minute FaceTime clearance with our Nurse Practitioner is required by CA law 💕

• One-time, good for 3 years

• $25 paid directly to NP (Venmo/Zelle)

• Must be completed before your appointment time

📌 If clearance isn’t done before your appointment, it will be rescheduled.

• I manually apply any promos, package pricing, or specials for you 💗

• 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule

• $50 fee for late cancellations or no-shows
