Medical Clearance (Required by CA Law)

• 1-minute FaceTime with NP

• One-time, valid 3 years

• $25 paid to NP via Venmo or Zelle

• NP texts you after booking

• No clearance = appointment rescheduled

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required

• $50 late cancel/ rescheduling or no-show fee
